Mama's Spaghetti House,
first opened in 1993, offers mouth-watering, home-style Italian and
pasta dishes at affordable prices in a casual dining/take-out
atmosphere. Most dishes, served with fresh-baked house bread, are
priced under $ 8.00.
All dishes are made fresh
to order in an open kitchen. Pans are pre-heated. This cuts cooking
time in half so that dishes are ready in less than five minutes.
Spaghetti noodles are cooked at a Japanese noodle factory that uses a
pasta cooker with computerized machinery to ensure the correct
consistency and are delivered fresh each morning to Mama's locations.
Cooked spaghetti is kept at room temperature.
Mama's Specialities
include Seafood Supreme and Lobster Italiano. The menu also features
Mini Plates, Mini Combo Plates, and Luncheon Salads. Side orders of
delicious shrimp poached in hot water seasoned with chli pepper and
lemon and shrimp scampi are also available. |
