One of the two newest concepts, the Cheeseburger Factory, debuted at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Campus Food Court in 2004.  Fresh, fast and tasty best describe the restaurant group's latest offering.  The eatery's menu is basic American fare, and simplicity at its best; cooked-to-order hamburgers and cheeseburgers and French fries.  All-meat patties, made with the freshest quality ground beef, are topped with fresh hand-cut lettuce, special house sauce, tomatoes and onions and sandwiched between fresh baked buns.

Within the following year, Yummy Restaurant Group opened its second location at the Ala Moana Center jointly with the other new concept, Steak & Fish Company.  A unique addition to the Ala Moana Center Food Court, is a self serving salad bar filled with a variety of healthy selections.  Brilliantly executed again, these three concepts are operated from one kitchen.
